Welcome to 2020! The LeadersRing program will feature a dynamic 1.5-hour Mentoring Workshop conducted by WOVI founder, Pauline Shirley, and her co-presenters Monnica Rose and Charlene Burroughs. This information-packed workshop will offer you a wonderful opportunity to improve your mentoring skills. And best of all, it comes with a bonus: Anyone who attends the LeadersRing and participates in the workshop will be able to attend the full six month WOVI Mentoring Certification Program at a discount.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to explore all the ways leadership in WOVI can benefit you in all facets of your life. We’ll finish off with one of our incredibly powerful MentoRing® exercises!

For your convenience, Olive Garden is making a set menu available for $17 per person (plus tax & gratuity): 

• Chicken Giardino – Grilled chicken and a medley of fresh vegetables tossed with ruffled pappardelle pasta in a light, lemon herb sauce.
• Lasagna Classico – Layers of pasta, meat sauce and ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and romano cheeses.
• Fettuccine Alfredo – Parmesan cream sauce with a hint of garlic, served over fettuccine.
• Spaghetti and Meatballs – Traditional meat sauce over spaghetti with meatballs.
• Eggplant Parmigiana – Lightly breaded eggplant fried and topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

 Join us…learn….grow!

The LeadersRing™ in WOVI, Inc. is led by the Management Council. It serves as a time of training for chapter leadership teams. It is also a time to share best practices with other chapters. Members who are interested in learning more about WOVI, more about WOVI positions of service, or more about leadership skills in general are encouraged to attend or call.

LeadersRings are held periodically. Some are via conference calls and some are live face-to-face meetings. Detailed information about the type of meeting and location of meetings will be sent via email (you may sign up to receive these announcements on the right side of this page) to all members and posted on the website.
