The 2014 WOVI, Inc. Women’s Conference was amazing! You experienced the magic if you attended. If not, plan on it next year; without a doubt you’ll be glad you did! Learning from inspirational speakers about the attributes of powerful women in leadership was both motivating and fun. All presenters were unique; each exceedingly optimistic concerning the potential of women and their ability to lead.

Mendhi Audlin shared her presentation “Inspired Leadership: From Vision to Fruition”. She gave us reason to pause and contemplate the positive opportunities revealed when opening ourselves up to possibilities.

Claire Billingsley laughed her way into our hearts when demonstrating laughing yoga techniques as she talked with us about “Lightness in Leadership”!

Andrea Brenn’s presentation “Leadership Lessons from a Chief Executive Nurse” offered her unique knowledge obtained through personal experiences…wisdom we can apply to our lives today.

Vendor Faire

It was remarkable learning from Sharon King as she talked about her 30 years of non-profit efforts working at multiple organizations. Her experiences were both inspirational and educational.

As our panel moderator, Frances Pelley, led the discussion with grace and skill. She displayed the skills of a powerful and successful leader by keeping the conversation on track and timely.

The storytelling skills of Beverly Wright impressed and inspired us as she shared her life experiences when participating in the panel discussion. A powerful women indeed!

Presenting “Access your Power with Your Whole Brain,” Leanna Rae brought it home that women today, live lives that require us to do more with less. She also eased our minds with ways to help our bodies and mind shift from a stressed and un-integrated state to a calm, cohesive and integrated state.
