Dear Pauline,

Happy Holidays! Happy and Successful 2009!

As 2008 comes to a close, 2009 appears full of rich promise on the horizon. It's time to pause, reflect and consider any areas of potential personal or professional growth and the prerequisite changes accompanying that growth. How does WOVI fit into the changes you want to make? Ask yourself these questions:

What do you want to do that is different?
What did you accomplish in 2008 that is a springboard for your 2009 goals?
What dreams do you have that it is now time to realize?

WOVI and your participation can and will support you in realizing your dreams. Our theme for 2009 is Live the Power of WOVI: Empowering Women to Lead! With that in mind, share your dreams, ideas and goals with your mentor. Allow her to hold you accountable for the commitment you've made to the changes you want to realize.

Remember, inWOVI you have the wisdom of your mentor, the encouragement of the members of your chapter at the meetings and in the MentoRing and the support available through InterestRings and other special WOVI events. Make 2009 your best year ever through your WOVI membership, and Live the Power of WOVI!
