“Joy is the Best Makeup”
Are you stressed out? Being pulled in too many different directions? Join the club! Over 31 percent of the American population suffers from some kind of stress “symptom” for which they take medication. Is there an alternative to medication? Let’s debunk the myths and learn some different techniques for handling pressure and tension, as well as new methods of stress management. During this presentation you will learn three essential skills to reduce stress and improve health. The techniques of Biofeedback and Hypnosis will also be explored.
