February 1, 2012 Program
Stem Cell Research to Treat Disease
and Injuries and Combat Aging
Susan Schmidt
Join us for a talk on regenerative biology, stem cells and the growing field of anti-aging.
- What are stem cells and what's all the buzz about?
- Anti-aging products...do they work?
- What's going on globally?
For the first time in history, we might be looking at the "Golden Years" actually becoming "Golden." A life that we never imagined may be at our finger tips. Could stem cells be the fountain of youth? Come explore the changes that anti-aging will create in 2012 and beyond.
About the speaker:
Susan Schmidt has been a researcher in the field of alternative medicine for the past twenty years. With a masters degree in Library and Information Science she has spent the past three years studying stem cells with a neuroscientist and a molecular biologist. Susan created a monthly newsletter called "Medicine for a New Era" which reports on the latest health and wellness news. Learn more about Susan and her work via the following sites:
