Debbie Mouser is the owner and instructor of Cook for Life. She is a registered dietitian with a MS in Nutrition from Texas Women’s University and a BS in Home Economics from Stephen F. Austin University. She has over 25 years in the food industry.
Debbie’s experiences range from recipe development and food preparation techniques to food sanitation and safety. Her hobby and passion is cooking and helping others learn to cook. She has taught basic cooking and healthy cooking to others and has a desire to make this a healthier nation. Debbie considers herself a real “foodie.”
She is licensed by the American Dietetic Association and the Texas State Board of Examiners of Dietitians. Some of the sessions are:
