Emotional Intelligence -
Why smart people sometimes make dumb decisions
Do you ever wonder why really smart people sometimes make really dumb decisions? It could be that they are ignoring one of their key sources of decision-making information, which is their EQ or "Emotional Intelligence." In her presentation, Dr. Pat Gangi will share with us:
-
The proven positive impact of attending to our body’s emotional information
-
Tools for accessing that information
-
Strategies for preventing and responding to “emotional hijacking”
According to Dr. Pat, people with the ability to name and manage their own emotions and relate well emotionally to others typically experience better stress resilience, enhance their leadership performance and are better equipped to deliver the winning edge in customer service. Please join us to learn about ways to boost your own EQ!
Please join us for her presentation, plus socializing, great food, and a door prize! This month’s door prize is extra special - Dr. Pat is giving an online SEI Leadership or Development Assessment (emotional intelligence profile) with 30 minutes of phone debriefing (one-on-one session) valued at $149.00. |
