Body Appreciation
How do you relate to your own body? What type of attention does it need? We will
discuss the importance of exercise to the physical function of our bodies, how
our body ages, and adapts to change, and the different types of exercise. We
will also discuss how our diet affects our body, mind and overall health, and
how to keep it simple. Then we will get into body relaxation, meditation, and
spiritual growth, while touching on the subject of Chakra's and the body.

WOVI Frisco is offering Scholorships for Membership

WOVI ANNUAL CONFERENCE October 15th & 16th– Keep an eye out
for information on it! And start saving to take advantage of the early bird
special! Starting in February, for WOVI Frisco Members the WOVI Frisco Chapter
is offering a savings program. At the chapter meeting you can pay a little extra
to go towards your conference fee. We will keep track of how much you have paid
and let you know at each chapter meeting how much you have. Once you have the
save the entire amount & when WOVI opens the registration, we'll fill out the
forms for you and send in your money! If you would like to participate, please
advise Kim Andrews at the registration desk at the next meeting that you wish to
contribute to your Conference fund!
