Otherwise!"

 Healthy
self-esteem is the
"Fraternal Twin" of
healthy empowerment. My
personal experiences as
a child yielded lack in
both areas. Now I
"empower my empowerment"
and share with others
the skills and knowledge
I’ve learned through
therapy, journaling,
self-esteem classes,
college courses, public
speaking - by speaking
out in poetry, stage
acting on community and
professional levels and
providing instructional
workshops touching on
all areas of writing,
with an emphasis on
poetry.
I will share the
skills and knowledge
learned through
techniques that you are
invited to try out for
yourself and to share
with others to
strengthen self-esteem
and empowerment. There
will be self-esteem
exercises handed out as
a take-away tool. You,
too, will feel your
esteem rising within 15
minutes! It's a part of
the latest global
paradigm that keeps on
giving, and I’m grateful
to share it with
wonderful WOVI women and
guests!
