About Pam
Because of her petite stature, Pam started taking self-defense classes in junior high and continued through her freshman year in college. Her judo expertise got the attention of the local news when she was asked to participate in a local beauty contest and the headline read “Judo Pam Flips ‘em for Real”. She was a celebrity for a very short time and realized that there was more in life than PR and good looks. It took her a while but she found the real substance in life as she left home, began a career and raised a daughter pretty much on her own.
Pam has led the HR function in such diverse companies from chocolate manufacturers to explosives manufacturers. She claims to have made most of the mistakes in management so she speaks from personal knowledge on what works and what doesn’t! |
