June 17th - Featured Program
I'm NOT So Stressed Out
with Valerie Grimes
Would you like to learn some innovative ways to manage your stress? In our program on June 17th, Valerie Grimes will teach us how to inoculate ourselves from the effects of stress by using our minds. Although we can't remove all stressors from our lives, we can change our reaction to them by changing the way we think and feel about them. Valerie will demonstrate a technique that can prevent the harmful effects of the stressors faced every day.
Valerie A. Grimes, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mind Coach, is a graduate of the Dallas Hypnosis Training Institute in Irving, Texas where she received 300 credit hours (all levels.) She is also certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners and is in private practice in Irving, TX. A frequent host of many "Retrain Your Brain" workshops for Sales, Weight Management, Sports, Relationships, and Stress Reduction, she inspires change in behavior. Additionally, her experience running an ad agency for 15 years enables her to relate to the common burden of balancing work and home life. After utilizing hypnosis in her own life to achieve this balance, she decided to go into the field in 2002. In 2008, she founded Comprehensive Training Services, a company that focuses on removing obstacles to the sales process through online and in-person classes.
Please join us on June 17th to learn some innovative ways to manage stress.
Registration begins at 5:45 pm and dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. Please RSVP by June 14th via email to: WOVINorthDallas@gmail.com. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions at the time you RSVP.
Prior to the meeting, we will hold a New Member Orientation at 5:15 pm on June 17th. All new members, potential members, and members who would like a refresher are encouraged to attend.
