Are you interested in working better with the multiple generations in our workforce today? Then please join us at WOVI North Dallas' next meeting on Thursday, July 15th, as Glenna Hecht delivers a dynamic and interactive presentation entitled "Working Together: Multi-Generational Workforce." See below for more information about the featured speaker and program.
The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Suites, Dallas-Park Central. Registration begins at 5:45 pm, Relationship Building starts at 6:00 and Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. Prior to the meeting, we will hold a New Member Orientation at 5:15 pm. All new members, potential members, and members who would like a refresher are encouraged to attend.
Please RSVP by Monday, July 12, via email to: WOVINorthDallas@gmail.com. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions at the time you RSVP. The hotel MUST have this information in advance in order to accommodate our requests. And if you MUST cancel after you have RSVP'd, please give us as much notice as possible. Thanks.

Working Together: Multi-Generational Workforce
with Glenna Hecht
Would you like to learn how to work and get along better with the multiple generations in our workforce today? In our program on July 15th, Glenna Hecht will give us an overview of the four generations that are in the workplace today, give us insight into the general communication styles and social media as it relates to those generations, and educate us on how to manage, train, and sell to a multi-generational workforce.
Glenna Hecht is President and Founder of Humanistic Consulting, LLC. Her career spans 25 years as a business partner where she has built and led human resource and talent management functions in high growth, global organizations in the Hospitality, Retail, Services, Technology and Advertising industries working with world renowned brands such as: Starbucks, Accenture, Brinker International, eatZi's, imc2 and Walt Disney World. Glenna's experience has given her the unique ability to analyze companies and deliver inspired and progressive HR and training solutions. Ms. Hecht is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University. She is an adjunct professor teaching Human Resources Certification and Small Business Courses.

This month, come to the meeting and find out more about Caroline Homan, our Member Spotlight for July. She's energetic and insightful, and will spend a few minutes chatting about the constant toggle between her various identities in the community, and her quest for better alignment.

3 More New Members in June!!
WOVI North Dallas had another exciting meeting in June and is proud to announce 3 more new members! Please help us in extending a warm welcome to our newest members: Linda Caswell, Erica Shaw, and Wrayanne Wallace. We are really excited about all of our new members and look forward to getting to know them. Look for our new members to be spotlighted at our meetings in the months to come.

Your company will be highlighted in our Monthly Newsletter, printed on the front of our Monthly Meeting Program, will receive a special introduction at the meeting, and will receive a display table at the meeting. The cost for this is $95, with a possiblilty of a tax deduction (check with your tax advisor).
