February 18th - Featured Program Speaker
Women in Leadership: Build the Leader in YOU!
with Kym Sosolik
Women have already become a major driving force in the global economy. Yet in the U.S., only 20 percent of top leadership positions are filled by women. The most astute organizations know that women leaders are the untapped competitive edge for the new economy, and they are aggressively seeking more women for leadership. Women have unique strengths and perspectives that have rarely been recognized in executive leadership courses until now.
Kym Sosolik is Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, Executive Education. She is the founder and developer of the first women's leadership program at SMU Cox Executive Education to be launched soon. "Women in Motion" will be a unique program designed to address the real challenge of moving highly successful women leaders into higher levels of responsibility.
Please join us to learn new strategies for navigating the labyrinth of leadership in our ever changing world.
Registration begins at 6:00 pm and dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. Please RSVP by February 15 via email to: wovinorthdallas@gmail.com. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions.

Door Prizes/Member-to-Member Table
Want to promote your business? Donate a door prize! What better way to let your WOVI friends know what you do AND show your generosity?
Or bring some literature to display at the Member-to-Member table, located at the back of the room at every meeting. Both are great ways for members to promote their businesses. And the more we know what you do, the more we can promote your business too!
