Understanding the Dynamics of Change
 with Dr. Elexis Rice

 
Inside rapport, anything is possible.  Outside rapport nothing is possible. 
 
We are in such a time of change that if we understand the dynamics of change, it is easier to stay in rapport.  People either grow together or grow apart.  Understanding the process of change helps to stay connected or how to disconnect to break rapport. 
  
A discussion of making changes and allowing them to be permanent. Conflicting agendas live within us all. Our primary obstacle to change is the conflict that is built into our brains.
We like certainty and uncertainty. We like familiar places and people and we crave the new things as well.
What is exhausting about change? When we are exhausted what is likely to happen? Why do we resist the very change we want ? Even if we make a change why is it likely we will wind up in the same spot again?  What is the solution?
 
 
Dr . Elexis Rice has a PhD in Nutrition, BS in psychology, a Unity license and  an NLP certification.  Elexis has had a private practice for 30 years counseling individuals concerning optimum health mentally and physically.  Her interests, as well as credentials, in healthcare have given her the opportunity to work with several physicians in assisting patients toward optimum health. She is a cancer survivor and is  spokesperson for the American Cancer Society.  
 
Elexis has spoken on numerous topics in over 50 cities to companies, corporations and churches.  She has traded in the stock market for many years and is licensed in real estate and active in multifamily housing leasing.   
 
She has authored 3 books, "101 Thoughts for Becoming the Real You," "Earth 101", "Life and Love Extraordinaire" and contributing author of "Out of the Blue."   She received the Woman of Achievement
ward 995 by Today's Dallas Women.
