Assertive Communication Skills That Get Results

In this information packed and entertaining session, Julie Burch will answer these questions and clearly define assertive for you. You will laugh out loud and walk away with very real and tangible techniques so you can speak up and actually be heard!
Julie Burch is the President of JLH Presentations, an adjunct instructor at Southern Methodist University, and is a member of the National Speaker's Association. Julie has released two CD's including her Assertive Communication Skills Program and a Stress Management Program. She is coauthor of a motivational book "The Princess Principle: Women Helping Women Discover Their Royal Spirit".
Julie has dedicated her life to the pursuit of helping companies improve the bottom line through customer service and the consistent growth and development of people. She has coordinated, developed and delivered top notch, highly effective classroom style training with powerful results. All of Julie's presentations are dynamic, high energy, highly interactive and packed with real world, tangible techniques the audience can implement immediately.
Julie has spoken to audiences in all 50 states, Washington DC, St. Thomas, St. Croix, Puerto Rico, Canada, England and Wales. She has designed programs for industry leaders such as Texas Tech University, Texas Women's University, The United States Army, and The United States Air Force. She was also honored with a guest appearance on "Good Morning America" where she was interviewed by Diane Sawyer.
