January 4, 2012 Program

                     Vicky Dearing, PCC

Made-to-Stick Communications

Imagine that you have been asked to deliver an important message that will not only impact the sales of your company but will also impact your own personal trajectory of advancement within the company. Or, imagine that you have been charged with creating a message that motivates people to give of their time, energy and resources to a cause within your community or church. How would you best deliver either of these messages to get the results you want? Enter Chip and Dan Heath to your rescue through their book, Made to Stick, a book that focuses on how to create messages that last and create change.
Together, on January 4, 2012, let's take a "speed date" look at the six SUCCESS traits that sticky ideas share so that we are much better prepared to create ideas that are understood, remembered, and have the potential to create change - in opinion, behavior, or values.

About the speaker:
Vicky Dearing is a lifetime member of the society of education, entering at the age of four as a student, progressing to a certified teacher, a central office administrator and elementary school principal. Her main focus of work is with leaders in both the education and business arenas.
