Lin O'Neill is a speaker, coach, trainer and president of Futures Consulting. With her blended industry background of operations, human resources and consulting, she helps her clients operate efficiently and effectively while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction in their workplaces. Lin draws upon her experience as a successful corporate executive and entrepreneur to coach her clients in the delivery of true leadership and the requirement for maximum involvement at all organizational levels, and gets results.
Lin has a B.S. in sociology, an M.B.A, has been licensed as an RCFE Administrator and is certified as an RCFE/ SNF Activity Director. She has taught in colleges in California and Oklahoma and, last year, began teaching in T.W.U.’s EMBA program. For more than two years, Lin conducted a weekly talk show on a Los Angeles F M radio station. She is a member of HCI, SHRM and B.P.O.E., a Board Member for ATW and CEO Netweavers, President’s Advisory Council Member for the Dallas SPCA, past Board Member for the Alliance on Aging, and a partner in Sakred Cow Enterprises.
