Kym Sosolik, S.M.U.

 

Director of Leadership and Organizational Development with Cox, Executive Education at Southern Methodist University, Kym Sosolik’s responsibilities include the development and delivery of high quality, contemporary, customer-focused leadership development programs focused on leadership, human capital, and organizational development within the business community.

Sosolik is the founder and developer of the first women’s leadership program at SMU Cox Executive Education to be launched soon.  “Women in Motion” will be a unique program aimed at women executives. 

She is also the program director for the SMU Cox Executive Education Leadership Series, which provides skills and tools needed at critical junctures in corporate careers for rising and highly talented leaders to have an immediate, and lasting impact on their companies and careers. She received a Master of Arts degree in Professional Development from Dallas Baptist University.
